Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may register one account on xp777. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. xp777 employs automated and manual review processes to detect duplicate account registrations.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. xp777 is not responsible for service disruptions or account issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• xp777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. • Accounts are for personal use only. Commercial use of an xp777 account — including promoting the platform for undisclosed financial consideration, operating the account as part of a betting syndicate, or systematically exploiting promotions for profit — is prohibited.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xp777 immediately by contacting customer support. xp777 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted. Any confirmed fraudulent activity detected on your account will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

xp777 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, and to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-withdrawable.
• xp777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including removing a bonus that has been credited to an account but not yet played through, if xp777 determines in its reasonable discretion that the player is not eligible for the offer or that the offer was made in error.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types and in the currencies specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on games or game categories that are excluded from the promotion will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Welcome bonuses, first-deposit bonuses, and sign-up promotions are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a new-player bonus more than once — whether through new account creation or by any other means — is considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• xp777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. xp777 also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to be in breach of these bonus terms or the general Terms.

Fair Use Policy and Prohibited Conduct

xp 777 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xp777 platform. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the xp777 platform in any way that is not a natural, manual action by the account holder.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market. This includes, but is not limited to, match-fixing, deliberate loss of a game to benefit a third party, and coordinated wagering designed to guarantee a profit at the expense of xp777 or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, random number generator, or technical system forming part of the xp777 platform or its game content.
• Using the xp777 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or international financial regulations.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward xp777 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with xp777, including live chat, email, or any platform-integrated messaging feature.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the xp777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the property of xp777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the xp777 platform without the prior written consent of xp777.

Unauthorised use of xp777's intellectual property, including scraping, mirroring, framing, or reproduction of any part of the platform for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to xp777 by users may be used by xp777 without obligation or compensation to the submitting user.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp777 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the xp777 platform, including in the following circumstances.

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, including sports betting results and casino game results. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and xp777 accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal platform use.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the xp777 platform or any game or service within it, whether arising from technical failure, maintenance, regulatory requirement, or force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network outages.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. xp777 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and not sharing login details with any third party.

Section 9

Account Termination and Suspension

xp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure, though this list is not exhaustive.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility violations, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the player's use of the xp777 platform. xp777 may place a hold on account funds pending investigation and may report suspected criminal activity to law enforcement authorities.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, which may be submitted at any time by contacting xp777 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
